Billing & Administration Manager | Client Success

Job Description

At LeaseCrunch, the Billing & Administration Manager | Client Success supports our overall strategy by leading and planning the billings, accounts receivable and collections operations at LeaseCrunch. This individual also supports the client success team by assisting with initial set up of users, answering support tickets related to system usage and training. This is a fast-paced team that needs to listen to client needs and develop scalable solutions to problems with the goal of driving an ever-increasing number of clients and leases on the software with exceptional billing procedures..

Responsibilities: Billing and A/R conducted under the guidance of Director of Accounting | Client Success

Billing, A/R
  • Conduct monthly invoicing to firms and clients
  • Conduct subscription and contract maintenance in billing system
  • Conduct customer record maintenance in billing system
  • Field and respond to billing related inquiries
  • Coordinate A/R onboarding with Sales 
  • Coordinate sales tax records and third-party filing
  • Assist in monthly database extraction from LeaseCrunch software
  • Produce and deliver A/R and Revenue reports to pertinent departments
  • Complete and send Billing Confirmation forms
LeaseCrunch Software Administration
  • Assist in the initial set-up of users in LeaseCrunch Software
  • Manage Knowledge Base users and invitations

Client Success Ticket

  • Manage, assign, and respond to incoming support tickets


Required Competencies

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritize a highly varied tasks in order to meet commitments
  • Experience with AR and billing systems
  • Knowledge of basic accounting concepts
  • Willingness to be available and responsive to clients needs as required


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working in fully remote environments
