Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Business Development team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business via telephone and email communication to introduce LeaseCrunch and identify appropriate decision makers within the target market
  • Assist with list imports, manage data integrity for new and prospective clients in HubSpot, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached
  • Educate and inform prospects about LeaseCrunch offerings
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects' pain points to determine how LeaseCrunch will speak to those needs
  • Identify key decision makers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Work with the Business Development team and Head of Marketing to grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly goals
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following strengths and skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, Financial Technology and/or the Accounting industry preferred
  • 3-5 years Business Development, Lead Generation and/or Inside Sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • A proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, Hubspot preferred
  • Comfortable working inside a growing company where rules and processes are continuing to be established. Able to think proactively about what needs to be developed and lead the design of new approaches with the team.
