A user is unable to login to LeaseCrunch (SSO)

This article is for Firm and Client Accounts that have enabled SSO (Single Sign On)

Access to LeaseCrunch for SSO (Single Sign On) enabled organizations is controlled by that organzation's internal IT Team.  Reach out to your IT Team to verify or request access to LeaseCrunch.

When a user of an SSO enabled organization types in their email address into the login page at my.leasecrunch.com, the user will be redirected to their organization's sign on portal.  In most cases, the user will be automatically logged in without needing to enter a password.

It may be necessary for the user to provide their organization's credentials to sign in.  Below is the LeaseCrunch login portal as an example, the portal will be specific to the organzation:

If after entering an email address and pressing continue, and they are not redirected to their organization's login portal, double check with your IT Team that you have been added as a LeaseCrunch user.  

If your IT team has confirmed your access to LeaseCrunch, but are still not being redirected to your organzation's portal, reach out to support@leasecrunch.com for additional assistance.
