      Can subleases be entered into LeaseCrunch?

      The lessee portion of a sublease can be entered into LeaseCrunch just like other leases. 

       

      Accounting as a lessor under ASC 842 is not a function currently handled by LeaseCrunch software. 

      GASB 87 clients can enter leases for both lessee and lessor.
