Direct Bill Firm Clients

This article describes how firms can opt into LeaseCrunch billing their clients directly.

If you would like your clients to be billed directly from LeaseCrunch, follow the prompts below:

  • From the Add Client or Edit Client screen, Select LeaseCrunch to Bill Client, then enter the Client Billing Contact Name and Email Address, hit Save.
    • The Client Billing Contact Name and Email address should be the person who should sign the billing agreement.
    • The client account will now be disabled awaiting a signed confirmation from the Firm's client. We ask that firm users do not enable the account. The LeaseCrunch team will let you know when the billing confirmation is signed.
    • Billing Confirmation Forms are sent to clients via DocuSign.
  • LeaseCrunch will receive a notification and reach out to the Client within 24 hours to establish a vendor relationship.
  • The Client Account will be disabled until client information is confirmed and billing terms are agreed upon with LeaseCrunch. Any client users invited will also be disabled until the agreement is signed.
  • LeaseCrunch Direct Bill Clients will be charged according to the Direct Bill price detailed in the Firm agreement with LeaseCrunch.  To find this price, please refer to your signed LeaseCrunch agreement form.
  • When the LeaseCrunch team has confirmed with the client, the Client Account will be enabled in LeaseCrunch and a notification will be sent to the firm user who created the client within 24 hours of receiving the signed agreement from the client.
  • The Firm user can then invite client users to the system and proceed as usual.

Note: Client users invited to disabled user accounts will not be able to login to LeaseCrunch. We recommend waiting until notification of client enablement has been received before inviting users.
