Step 4: Customize

These settings are available for users with the Administrator Role.
  • Asset Types: Add all relevant Asset Types. Asset Types added will show across all Reporting Entities.
  • Cost Centers: Not required. Can be used to allocate expenses if necessary. 
  • Custom Fields: Not required. Can be added as additional tracking if necessary.
  • Lessors: Not required. Can add each Lessor (Landlord) for the leased assets. Administrators can also add Lessors from the Add Lease screen. Lessors cannot be deleted, only edited.
