Account Executive - Direct

As a Direct Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for our lease accounting software within the small and medium-sized business (SMB) sector. This position is ideal for individuals who may be new to sales but possess a strong work ethic, a hunger to learn, and a genuine interest in developing a successful career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential SMB clients to introduce our lease accounting software and establish initial contact.
  2. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and responsiveness.
  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our lease accounting software to potential clients.
  4. Sales Process Management: Navigate the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and utilizing and embracing the technologies and tools provided.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a coordinated and positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in sales.
  • Enthusiastic and coachable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Self-starter with a desire to work in a startup environment.
